Refund Policy

TalentSyncHQ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis through Stripe. Because access and usage begin immediately upon payment, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and the workspace has been accessed.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, an incorrect plan amount, or a charge after a cancellation was submitted — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the billing error and issue a correction or refund where appropriate.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless a billing error applies.

Downgrades and upgrades take effect according to Stripe’s standard proration rules. Your candidate records, pipeline data, and workspace settings remain accessible according to our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy after cancellation.
